Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with an Associate's degree in Science or Applied Science approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, Inc
• Current certification or license as required by state law
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care plans for patients
• Assist in implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
• Conduct patient assessments and document progress accurately
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for ongoing improvement
