Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience after the PhD
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English
• Advanced Experience in Machine Learning
• Advanced knowledge of Python or Scala
• Advanced knowledge in Data Analysis

Responsibilities

• Optimization of the Monetization Engine : Utilize advanced machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques to enhance the performance and efficiency of the monetization engine, ensuring maximum revenue generation for publishers while maintaining an exceptional user experience
• Data Analysis and Interpretation : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform optimization strategies, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes within the team
• Documentation and Reporting : Document research progress, methodologies, and findings related to optimization efforts, preparing detailed reports for the CIR submission that highlight innovations and improvements
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into the Ad Management platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and technical requirements
• Continuous Research and Development : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and data science, applying new techniques and tools to continuously improve the monetization engine and contribute to the company's innovative capabilities
