Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI, or a related field
• Deep expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with data science frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies

• Define and execute the overall data science and AI strategy for Trustly
• Develop and deploy machine learning models that enhance Trustly's products and services
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business goals into data-driven solutions
• Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics tools and techniques
• Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning technologies across the organization
• Ensure the company’s data assets are leveraged optimally for strategic and operational excellence
• Monitor and improve data governance, security, and compliance across all data-related activities
