Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and automation practices
• Comfortable with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) and proficient in SQL for data validation and backend testing
• Skilled in statistical analysis for quality metrics and interpreting test data to support strategic decisions
• Extensive experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and modern web technologies
• Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail) and in establishing QA strategies within agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to articulate complex QA strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Over 10 years in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a lead or principal QA role
• Proven experience in defining quality standards and leading QA efforts on complex projects
• Strong experience in collaborating with technical leadership to establish and uphold quality standards
• Strong command of written and spoken English, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies that align with product goals and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with technical management to define, implement, and maintain quality standards across the organization, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals
• Ensure quality throughout the product life cycle, conducting risk analysis, strategic test planning, and quality metrics reporting
• Design strategies for assessing and validating quality in live systems, identifying risk areas, and recommending proactive testing measures
• Mentor and support junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence in test automation, code quality, and agile processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product testability, reliability, and overall quality
