Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an analyst or similar role, preferably within a technology or software development company
- Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Familiarity with Amazon Quicksight is a significant plus
- Ability to write complex SQL queries, optimize performance, and work with large datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R
- Broad experience with web analytics tools and platforms, including Facebook and Google Analytics, understanding how to track user interactions, measure campaign performance, and analyze traffic sources to optimize online presence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting
- Ability to build propensity to churn and propensity to upsell dashboards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Passion for technology and product innovation, with a desire to contribute to the success of our products and the satisfaction of our users
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and build embedded reports using Amazon QuickSight, or similar
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports
- Build product dashboards that provide insights to the different teams interacting with product data
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and cross-functional teams, to gather data and insights relevant to product development and strategy, managing your own workload/backlog
- Effectively communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Assist in the planning and prioritization of product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights and business objectives
- Monitor and track product usage metrics, conducting A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of product changes and new features
- Build predictive churn models to proactively identify at-risk customers
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product management processes and methodologies, sharing insights and best practices with the team
