Remote Product Designer

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product design and working with product & engineering teams on a shipped product
• Experience engaging with B2B customers to incorporate feedback into the design process
• A driven self-starter
• Comfortable designing e2e from research to design polish
• Excellent communication skills and aptitude to explain design decisions
• Have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional quality in product design
• Strength in systems thinking
• Experience strategizing and executing with product and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Craft thoughtful user experiences across Blend's fintech or mortgage product
• Be responsible for the development of features from upfront discovery through execution
• Critique and support fellow designers so they can do their best work
• Steward quality and consistency across Blend's entire product
• Execute in a dynamic environment with ambiguity
