Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Product, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management or program management, focusing on operations and/or planning or in a consulting field with similar experience
- Familiarity with technical concepts and product development processes, ideally with experience in software or systems engineering
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and improve processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
Responsibilities
- Run the annual product planning process, gathering feedback from leadership stakeholders across the organization and working with the product organization and leadership to set the roadmap for the future year
- Oversee the product delivery lifecycle, ensuring that products are scoped, designed, and executed according to project timelines and specifications
- Implement and optimize processes to streamline product development, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches
- Ensure all product requirements are clearly defined and communicated to relevant teams, tracking progress and addressing any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing timelines and milestones to ensure on-time delivery
- Track and report on product performance against KPIs, providing insights to improve future planning and execution
- Identify potential risks to project timelines and deliverables, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks proactively
