Requirements

• Experienced: You have a background as a Project Manager, Asset Producer or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, CG/gaming, or a creative production industry
• Client-Focused: Building and maintaining excellent client relationships is your priority, and you excel at clear and warm communication
• Energetic: You bring energy and drive to your work, thriving in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple tasks is the norm
• Financial experience: You have experience with and knowledge of financial health calculations, and how to use various tools (Salesforce, Exel) to track financial health
• Detail-Oriented: You have excellent communication skills in English and are proficient in handling large amounts of information, particularly in Excel
• Quality-Driven: You understand design and the creative process, ensuring that the quality of photorealistic content is upheld
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Jira and other project management tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Projects: Oversee multiple CGI projects for our SaaS platform, ensuring smooth workflows from kick-off to final delivery
• Monitor Progress: Track the progress of numerous tasks within each project using our standardized production workflows
• Client Relationship: Build and nurture strong client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate Resources: Align internal and external resources, facilitating seamless collaboration to achieve project goals
• Lead Meetings: Actively contribute to team meetings to keep everyone aligned on project updates. Ensure meetings are productive and organized, staying on top of tasks and deadlines to maintain smooth project progression
• Documentation: Create and distribute timelines, statements of work, and detailed project delivery plans
