Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of internal teams, including contracted study participants, transcribers, translators, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Recruitment on large-scale international project staffing, ensuring alignment with client-specified demographic parameters and specialized group requirements
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure all project outputs meet or exceed company and client standards
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production workflows and improve efficiency, implementing best practices across all projects
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure optimal use of resources. Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management and executive leadership
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or quality
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change logs, and post-project evaluations. Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements
  • Provide support to upper management and other departments with additional tasks and other duties as needed

Employment Type: Project-Based Role

Pay Range: $1,500 - $1,800 weekly

Position Summary:

The Project Producer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production of high-volume, complex projects within the company’s Special Projects operations.  This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of internal teams, including contracted study participants, transcribers, translators, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop outreach processes, messaging, and innovative strategies in partnership with global support teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • General education background with high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent is a plus.  PMP certification is great!
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or production roles, with at least 2 years of experience in managing complex projects.

Physical Requirements:

  • This is a remote position, with requirements for a quiet and professional office environment free from distractions.
  • The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, etc.
  • Strong visual acuity for reviewing detailed documents and data on computer screens.
  • Manual dexterity for operating a computer, including the use of a keyboard and mouse.
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members across the organization
  • Flexibility to adjust schedules based on project needs, with occasional requests for additional hours during temporary projects.
  • Capability to manage tasks that require prolonged periods of focus and concentration.
  • Ability to handle the physical demands of a standard workweek, which may include occasional overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.
