Requirements

• Extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a QA team
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages used for test automation
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage the QA team in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Oversee manual and automated testing processes, ensuring the identification and resolution of defects
• Develop and implement testing strategies and best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
• Manage the QA team’s workload, provide guidance, and mentor junior QA engineers
• Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve software quality and development processes
• Drive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to optimize the QA process
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team
