Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or another business-related field
  • 1-4 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry, experience with technology recruiting and managing intern hiring is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience to effectively assess candidate resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
  • Experience recruiting across business units with the ability to foster strong client relationships and drive the recruiting process from kick off to the offer stage
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruitment from intake with hiring managers, through offer close
  • Manage high volume of requisitions and applications through various stages in Greenhouse
  • Generate a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings, industry networking and sourcing, and partner with professional organizations and other appropriate venues to generate a robust talent pipeline keeping diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind
  • Build relationships internally with hiring managers, heads of department and other internal stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the team’s needs
  • Stay current and informed on industry trends and best practices, including new and innovative talent acquisition strategies, systems, and technologies; make recommendations and drive continuous improvement in global talent acquisition practices
  • Manage local headcount and unbudgeted requests and processes throughout the year
  • Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable; Ensure HR data is reflected accurately in our systems
  • Partner with members of the HR team to ensure all new hires go through a top-class onboarding experience
  • Assist with ongoing projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.)

About the Role

Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of iCapital’s success. As a member of our team, the Recruiter will assist the current team, manage candidate pipeline, and conduct screening calls with candidates. Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
