Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in human resources, business administration, or another business-related field
- 1-4 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry, experience with technology recruiting and managing intern hiring is a plus
- Demonstrated experience to effectively assess candidate resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Experience recruiting across business units with the ability to foster strong client relationships and drive the recruiting process from kick off to the offer stage
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment from intake with hiring managers, through offer close
- Manage high volume of requisitions and applications through various stages in Greenhouse
- Generate a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings, industry networking and sourcing, and partner with professional organizations and other appropriate venues to generate a robust talent pipeline keeping diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind
- Build relationships internally with hiring managers, heads of department and other internal stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the teamβs needs
- Stay current and informed on industry trends and best practices, including new and innovative talent acquisition strategies, systems, and technologies; make recommendations and drive continuous improvement in global talent acquisition practices
- Manage local headcount and unbudgeted requests and processes throughout the year
- Develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable; Ensure HR data is reflected accurately in our systems
- Partner with members of the HR team to ensure all new hires go through a top-class onboarding experience
- Assist with ongoing projects that support the overall mission of the HR team (i.e. diversity, candidate experience, employee engagement, etc.)
