Summary
Join Dwolla's high-impact Relationship Management team as a Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow an existing book of business, turning satisfied clients into raving fans and bigger revenue streams. You will deeply understand your clients' business models, uncover pain points, and offer solutions. Responsibilities include owning revenue growth goals (cross-sell, upsell, and expansion), building trust through strategic business reviews, and leveraging modern technology. You will also act as the client's voice, channeling feedback to product and engineering teams. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills, along with experience in relationship management and meeting sales targets. Requirements
- 3+ years in relationship management, sales, or client success (ideally in SaaS or fintech)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales and retention targets
- Experience managing a book of business or client portfolio
- Confidence with Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, and AI tools
- Solid reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional communication skills
Responsibilities

- Know your clients deeply Understand their business models, uncover pain points, and offer solutions that unlock new value through Dwolla’s platform
- Own the numbers You’ll be on the hook for retention and revenue growth goals. This includes cross-sell, upsell, and expansion targets
- Build trust, early and often Run strategic business reviews, help clients map future-state opportunities, and keep them looped into new product capabilities
- Work smart (not just hard) Leverage Salesforce, Slack, AI tools, and other modern tech to track growth opportunities and boost efficiency
- Be the client’s voice Channel feedback into our Product and Engineering teams so we’re building what they actually need
- Collaborate and close loops Work cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to keep client experience tight and client goals on track
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the payments or fintech ecosystem
- Background in contract negotiation and renewals
- Strategic thinker who’s contributed to process or GTM improvements
