Summary

Join our team as a Sales Representative and achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s chemical products.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and/or government regulations in English
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Managers, Staff, clients, customers, and the general public in English
  • Must be tactful, mature and flexible
  • Must have the ability to review, assess and understand technical documents, drawings and other documents with no advance exposure and then engage in discussions internally and with customers
  • Must have the ability to understand legal/ financial documents (contracts, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Must be able to use a computer and such applications as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and sells the Company’s chemical products to potential and current customers
  • Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers
  • Obtaining information on competitors, technological trends and expected changes in legislation/trade regulations affecting business
  • Work with Management, Internal Departments and Suppliers to support sales operation of the business unit
  • Provides Quality Sales Customer Service
  • Keeps Management Informed
