Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Extensive experience administering the Coupa platform, with a focus on Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement, Pay, and T&E modules
• Previous experience at a major consulting firm, with a deep understanding of best practices in system implementations, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Strong technical skills in Coupa configuration, reporting, and integration with ERP systems like Netsuite or SAP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to resolve system issues and improve processes
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes, compliance standards, and industry regulations

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Coupa platform, ensuring optimal performance, system updates, and customizations to align with business needs
• Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on system functionality and improvements
• Leverage expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements within the Coupa ecosystem, aligning solutions with industry best practices
• Provide training and ongoing support to users, ensuring they understand system capabilities and use the platform efficiently
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Coupa, develop custom reports, and analyze key procurement metrics to support decision-making
• Oversee integrations between Coupa and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with internal and external regulations
