Responsibilities

  • Contact active learners via phone, SMS, and our LMS system to encourage Career Outcomes participation and road to packaging
  • Help reinforce expectations for students around career support through 1:1 correspondence
  • Provide administrative support for Career Readiness and Career Coaches and students in our LMS and CRM systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of student conversations and sessions
  • Maintain feedback loops between teams

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a Full-Time Career Outcomes Associate to be part of our rapidly growing Career Outcomes Team. We are looking for a well-organized, detail oriented, and data driven professional that comes with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to change quickly. Our Career Outcomes Associate will support our Career Readiness team and Career Coach team by providing meaningful outreach to active and completed students and help shape the student expectations and understanding of career support.
