• 5+ years of Proven Expertise and Demonstrated success in a data-intensive role
• Significant hands-on experience with AWS, executing ETL processes, managing cost optimization, and navigating cloud infrastructure
• Ability to lead junior engineers and contribute actively to the engineering lifecycle
• Outstanding problem-solving skills coupled with practical communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, efficient data solutions tailored to our evolving needs
• Develop and sustain distributed data systems, ensuring their performance, security, and integrity
• Collaborate with our architecture guild to lead the design and implementation of our cloud warehousing needs, prioritizing AWS services
• Implement and optimize ETL processes to seamlessly integrate data
• Utilize and optimize Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
• Collaborate with diverse teams to grasp data requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly
• Provide guidance and foster growth opportunities for junior engineering staff
