Requirements
- Advanced English and Spanish level
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, optimization and other data science techniques to implement end-to-end data science projects
- Developed impact evaluation studies using experimental and observational techniques, such as RCT (Randomized Control Trials), Econometric techniques such as Difference in Differences, synthetic controls, instrumental variables, and Propensity Score Matching, among others
- Experience with R, Python or equivalent statistical/data analysis tools and can write production-ready code that is easy to evolve and test
- Used some declarative database query language (SQL) to prepare datasets for analysis, as well as to characterize their behavior
- Intermediate command of some scripting language oriented to data analysis (R and/or Python), having as a base handling of flows, conditions, functions; as well as comfort using the main stack of libraries such as tidyverse for R, pandas and statsmodels for Python
- Gather and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Analyze datasets using statistical and visualization techniques to identify patterns, trends and relationships
- Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms and predictive analytics to solve specific business problems or improve existing processes
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validate models to ensure robustness and reliability
- Interpret and effectively communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations and visualizations
- Aware of data privacy regulations and ethical standards when handling sensitive information

- Conduct experiments and develop hypotheses to solve business problems using advanced statistics techniques
- Develop and implement data science strategies that drive measurable business results
- Communicate technical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, easy and concise way, keeping the stakeholders in mind
- Interact with clients from diverse domains, addressing their challenging problems
- Contribute to the growth and knowledge sharing within the data science community, with a focus on latest tech trends in the data science and machine learning space
- Address ethical concerns in data science, including privacy, bias and fairness, while adhering to ethical guidelines
