Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design at an agency or in-house
  • Deep understanding of creating user-centered design solutions that meet both audience goals and marketing objectives
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to develop and foster creative ideas with exceptional design quality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and creative rationale effectively and efficiently
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools
  • Experience in giving and receiving feedback and critiques
  • Ability to collaborate on and 'sell' design ideas to team members from various departments
  • Knowledge of digital and print design processes and current best practices
  • Strong understanding of the creative process
  • Proficient in typesetting and other fundamental design skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Technical experience preparing final files for print and digital output

Responsibilities

  • Own the creative direction for CrowdRiff's website and manage the design and production of all web pages and interactive brand assets
  • Provide artistic direction and guidance on the development of creative concepts to the team
  • Ability to move projects forward independently and with minimal guidance
  • Design marketing landing pages and hand off development-ready design files to the website developer
  • Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce engaging content for various channels, including print, digital, video, and social media
  • Oversee the end-to-end production of both digital and physical marketing assets such as email campaigns, swag, eBooks and more
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and apply critical design thinking to uncover project requirements and develop creative briefs
  • Present design solutions to stakeholders with all relevant rationale, tieing design solutions back to the initial ask
  • Collaborate with other departments to uncover opportunities that will advance the CrowdRiff brand
  • Develop motion graphics that bring the CrowdRiff brand to life
