• Define, communicate, and drive the technical strategy for the team that supports the product strategy and key bets for the company

• Create and ensure the adoption of best practices and engineering standards to build highly scalable and reliable engineering systems
• Foster strong collaboration and working model with peers and different stakeholder teams across Instacart including Product, Engineering Data Science, and Finance
