Requirements
- Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or are in the process of obtaining the certification
- Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Have 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional SaaS projects in an DevOps, Security and Cloud-focused environments
- Have experience working with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, IOS 27001 and NIST 800-53
- Have experience with DevOps tools and practices including Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
- Have a strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and operational teams
- Have exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Have experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
- Be able to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Have a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Have experience developing all standard project management documents
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and are skilled at multitasking
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of technical projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities
- Manage project risks by proactively identifying potential roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving timely resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, reporting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies, optimize resources, and resolve conflicts
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices
- Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and communication is clear, concise, and available to stakeholders
- Track and manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and financial constraints
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across cross-functional teams
