Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or in the process of obtaining the certification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional SaaS projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and operational teams
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Experience developing all standard project management documents
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of technical projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring clear communication of roles and responsibilities
• Manage project risks by proactively identifying potential roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving timely resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, reporting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Coordinate across teams and departments to manage dependencies, optimize resources, and resolve conflicts
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices
• Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and communication is clear, concise, and available to stakeholders
• Track and manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and financial constraints
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation across cross-functional teams
