Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate updates effectively to both clients and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic conversations with key clients and internal teams to align on enrollment goals, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance member experience and achieve client objectives
  • Apply the growth playbook to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that are tailored to client needs, driving engagement and enrollment across Sword Health’s member base
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and flawless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth, content, and analytics, to optimize ongoing campaigns and apply learnings to future initiatives
  • Provide execution and strategic support to a portfolio of key accounts or Health Plans, managing data-driven enrollment strategies and reporting on performance to clients and internal teams

Sword Health is seeking a Senior Enrollment Strategist to join our Growth Department. In this role, you will drive strategic conversations with clients and internal stakeholders, applying our growth playbook to deliver the best results for both our members and clients. You will be responsible for enhancing member engagement and driving revenue through data-driven initiatives, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our services. This role demands a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, capable of developing and executing targeted growth and enrollment strategies.

What you’ll be doing:
