Remote Growth Marketing Director

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, and/or growth/ operations roles within a fast-growth tech environment
• Proven leadership in co-developing and executing data-driven growth strategies with cross-functional teams
• A hands-on, 'doer' mindset, with the ability to be deeply involved in both strategy and execution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the growth playbook based on insights from data-driven experiments
• Lead and co-create strategic growth initiatives with Senior Enrollment Strategists, ensuring their full involvement in the strategy development process
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to implement revenue-focused growth campaigns
• Track and analyze key growth KPIs, continuously refining strategies to optimize performance
