Remote Senior Field Engineer

Join our team as a highly skilled Sr. Field Engineer to support pre- and post-sales processes, ensuring prospects and customers have the technical resources they need to succeed.

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in field engineering, sales engineering, or similar roles
• Experience in implementing analytics projects for large enterprises
• Strong experience supporting sales teams and managing customer onboarding
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• AWS, Google or Microsoft Cloud certification(s)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements with prospects
• Deliver post-sales support, ensuring seamless onboarding for new customers
• Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and match them with technical solutions
• Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations
• Offer strategic guidance and technical insights to prospects and customers during sales
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with internal teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and the overall market landscape
• Act as the technical point of contact for prospects and customers to ensure their success
