Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Certified Accountant or CFA certification is a plus
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably with exposure to cryptocurrency markets, capital allocation, and yield strategies
- Proficiency in financial modelling, scenario planning, and capital management in fast-paced environments
- Advanced skills in Excel and experience with financial tools such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex financial data to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Responsibilities
- Implement data-driven forecasting tools to provide regular, insightful reports on financials
- Provide scenario-based reporting, tracking revenue, cash burn, and capital inflows to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis on budgeted vs actuals on an ongoing basis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting insights to senior management on capital performance
- Work closely with Management, Finance, and Business Development teams on managing capital flows
- Perform tax due diligence and analysis on various capital deployment strategies
