Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer, Identity Access Management

Summary

Join Calendly's Engineering team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, implement, and manage identity and access control systems. You will report to an Engineering Manager and be responsible for supporting features and architecture designed to maintain users' confidence in Calendly.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Software Development experience at a SaaS or technology company
• Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) (microservices)
• Solid understanding of secure IAM solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Experience with esign identity federation solutions (e.g., using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) to enable seamless authentication between different systems
• Survived a Monolith to Services architectural rebuild
• Experience with Rails, Node, or a comparable web-app development framework
• A drive to craft clean, reliable and maintainable code

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within your team to build new features that are targeted at our highest impact enterprise customers
• Contribute to platform scaling initiatives
• Meet regularly with Product and Design to fine tune requirements
• Attend agile ceremonies to help your team plan out their work and get it done
• Work across squads to improve Engineering practices at Calendly
• Review implementation plans and pull requests from your peers
• Mentor and coach other team members
