Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/Infra
• Production AWS
• Production SaaS software experience
• Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience
• Automation-first mindset
• Security considerations embedded in all your choices
• Comfortable with an incremental approach to change

Responsibilities

• Support Osmind's approach to infrastructure management, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure their workflows for deployment and observability are easy and reliable
• Optimize and enable performance improvements by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing infrastructure components
• Build infrastructure that maintains the highest quality and effectively balances complexity and speed of delivery
• Hone your craft: Continue to sharpen your skills, improving iteratively
