Remote Senior Manager, Global Mobility

Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• 3+ years sales management experience selling to C-levels in a B2B sales environment
• Demonstrable skills at working cross-functionally with various departments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and data driven, with a strong growth mindset
• Experience selling into companies with 200-2000+ employees
• Experience selling in a co-prime / overlay sales model or expansion sales, as well as net new
• Experience selling with contracts and annual commitments
• Experience with driving pipeline through outbound prospecting

Responsibilities

• Report into the Global Director of Sales, Mobility
• Lead a team of Account Executives in North America
• Attract, hire, retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
• Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
• Coach, manage and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
• Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
• Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
• Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Support and Revenue Operations
• Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Deel’s quarterly/annual sales targets
