Remote Senior Product Designer

Summary

Join Aiwyn's team as a product designer to help build the next generation of products for accounting firms. You will utilize your full range of interaction, user experience, and visual design skills to craft amazing solutions for customers.

Requirements

• Have a proven track record of envisioning and delivering high-quality products that start as new and ambiguous ideas
• Ideally have worked on enterprise-level B2B (or B2B2C) SaaS solutions
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Anticipate complex workflows and make them seem simple and natural
• Be a proactive communicator, seeking out critical feedback early and often from others
• Have deep experience with Figma and Miro (or related tools) for creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in a collaborative environment
• Be a master wordsmith, knowing that UX writing is just as important as visual design—if not more so
• Understand the mediums your designs and flows are implemented with: HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc., and work closely with developers to transpose your designs into working software

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product management and engineering
• Understand and represent users in product decisions with peers during tradeoff, timeline, and experience discussions
• Gain a deep knowledge of the workflows and pain points for various personas in our industry—and will regularly test and iterate proposed design solutions with our customers
• Responsible for the product areas you design, but also have the support of your design peers
