Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a creative or design role, with a strong emphasis on design systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, concept development, high-quality digital design, and experience with design systems
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working within a team
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creative direction and execution of design projects with a focus on building and enhancing design systems
• Ensure all design work aligns with project goals, brand standards, and the broader system architecture
• Collaborate with the Design Team Lead to maintain quality and consistency across deliverables
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions, offering ideas that contribute to the design system and overall project vision
• Work with the team to bring concepts to life, ensuring they are innovative, on-brand, and scalable within the system
• Create and refine design components and elements that fit within the larger system, meeting project requirements and contributing to a cohesive visual experience
• Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to align with client and team direction, with a focus on system adaptability
• Support the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring that all deliverables align with the design system and maintain quality and consistency
• Provide regular updates and collaborate closely with team members to adhere to project timelines and standards
• Work alongside Product Managers, Strategists, and Developers to ensure design efforts align with broader project goals and technical requirements
• Be open to feedback from different perspectives to achieve high-quality, system-consistent results
• Join client meetings alongside the Design Team Lead as needed, helping to articulate and present design choices and the rationale behind system components
• Understand client needs to ensure design solutions
