Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server
  • 3+ years of experience with Service Bus
  • 3+ years of proven experience in developing and maintaining complex systems using Blazor WebAssembly and Web API
  • 3+ years of experience designing and optimizing stored procedures and database schemas in SQL Server
  • Strong understanding of data synchronization
  • Solid grasp of Agile development practices and working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA
  • Demonstrated ability to lead front-end development with a keen eye for user experience and UI/UX collaboration
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a live environment
  • Familiarity with cloud services and managing production/staging deployments
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate across teams and mentor junior developers

Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development: Lead and contribute to the development of both front-end and back-end systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Back-End Expertise: Work extensively with .NET, C#, and SQL Server to design and implement APIs, database schemas, and stored procedures that support the platform
  • Front-End Focus: Build and maintain the user interface using Blazor WebAssembly and integrate it with back-end services to create responsive and intuitive mobile and web applications
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product team, designers, and other developers to ensure smooth project development and delivery. Provide input on system architecture, database design, and UI/UX improvements
  • Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for customer issues related to back-office applications and member-facing features
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Testing & Debugging: Lead efforts in testing, debugging, and ensuring the quality of new and existing features across our platform
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, offering technical advice, code reviews, and guidance on best practices
  • Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Figma or other design tools to collaborate on UI/UX features
  • Knowledge of mobile app development and integration of mobile platforms with back-end systems
  • Familiarity with cloud services and DevOps practices for managing infrastructure
  • Prior experience in member management systems or event management platforms is a plus
