We are seeking a skilled frontend developer with 5+ years of experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Svelte to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting our applications, ensuring high software quality, and leading initiatives in software and process improvement. This is a 160 hours/month independent contractor position, not an employment relationship. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of frontend development experience with demonstrated proficiency in programming languages identified in Filevineโ€™s stack (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Svelte)
  • Portfolio/experience demonstrating user interface and user experience skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently and to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and understand our usersโ€™ challenges
  • Willingness to learn and understand how your work will directly affect our end users
  • Ability to take direction from management and to educate stakeholders as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop applications using C#, .NET, Javascript, Angular, or Svelte and other cloud-native technologies
  • Perform routine maintenance and support of Filevine's applications
  • Ensure software quality, optimizing performance and reliability
  • Lead initiatives in software and process improvement
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues
  • Conduct detailed and constructive code reviews
