Responsibilities

• Ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of systems by designing and implementing monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies
• Developing automation tools and processes to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance system efficiency, often through Infrastructure as Code
• Promoting a culture of collaboration between development and operations teams, facilitating communication, and helping to implement best practices in DevOps and reliability engineering
