Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ Years of experience working with Automation Testing
- 5+ Years of experience working with Manual Testing
- 2+ Years of experience working with Selenium
- 2+ Years of experience working with Cucumber
- 2+ Years of experience working with Jenkins
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test strategies that cover all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Optimize testing processes by incorporating best practices and methodologies
- Create detailed test plans that define the scope, approach, resources, and schedule of intended testing activities
- Execute test plans meticulously, ensuring all aspects of the software are rigorously tested for functionality, performance, and security
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes
- Apply manual testing techniques where necessary to cover areas not suitable for automation
- Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards
- Report bugs and errors to development teams and follow through on resolutions to ensure they are implemented effectively
- Utilize and manage various testing tools and technologies, such as Selenium, Jenkins, and Cucumber, to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and methodologies to continuously improve the testing suite
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of product specifications and expectations
- Communicate test progress, results, and insights effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding across teams
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, results, and metrics to track testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Generate detailed reports on testing outcomes, including insights and recommendations for future improvements
