Remote Senior/Principal Product Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience: 5+ years of product management experience in supply chain and WMS solutions
• Real-world expertise: Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping
• Technical proficiency: Solid understanding of WMS functionalities, integrations, and data flows
• Strategic mindset: Ability to translate business needs into a concrete product strategy and roadmap
• Customer obsession: A passion for understanding and solving customer challenges
• Exceptional communication: Ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to diverse audiences
• Data-driven decision making: Ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success
• Leadership and collaboration: Ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, lead the way: Develop and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for Stord's WMS, guiding the strategic direction of the product
• Own the roadmap: Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap that aligns with Stord's business goals and meets the evolving needs of our customers
• Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the WMS space
• Capture the voice of the customer: You’ll have unparalleled access to industry experts who have worked across multiple WMSs and warehouses over the years
• Collaborate across the board: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless product development and launch
• Measure and optimize: Track key performance indicators, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Be the WMS authority: Develop deep expertise in Stord's WMS technology and its role within the broader supply chain ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior startup experience and familiarity with its fast-paced dynamics
• Experience with omni-channel & multi-tenant fulfillment strategies
• Experience working with 3PLs and understanding their specific WMS needs
