Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS companies and/or data and analytics industries
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and customer experience metrics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading and mentoring product teams
  • Knowledge of product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies: Define the product vision, roadmap, and goals, and work with cross-functional teams to bring them to life
  • Drive product innovation: Continuously identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and customer needs to deliver innovative product features
  • Prioritize and manage product backlog: Work with stakeholders to prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient and effective development
  • Expand on the Product Trio (Product, Engineering, and Design) to collaborate with Customer-facing team members in discovery and delivery cycles to ensure that product features are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis: Gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product decisions
  • Analyze product performance: Track product metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels
  • Lead and mentor product teams: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our products remain competitive
  • Champion customer-centricity: Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization and ensure that all product decisions are made with the customer in mind
