Responsibilities

• Lead daily team stand-ups
• Manage our Search Atlas Implementer team
• Learn + know the product inside and out!
• Design and implement scalable customer success processes
• Establish best practices for client reporting and communications
• Establish best practices and standard operating procedures
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Regular reporting on implementation status and KPIs
• Lead client kickoff meetings and strategic planning sessions with clients
• Adapt to the role as needed
