Join our team as a Senior Delivery Manager and take on the responsibility of managing contract fulfillment, developing offers for contract expansions, and executing standard farming. You will be accountable for identifying opportunities in contract-related business and ensuring compliance with deadlines and service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract fulfillment with focus on time, quality & cost
  • Responsible for development of offers for contract expansions & simple renewals as well as for escalation and claim management
  • E2E execution of standard farming and responsible for opportunity identification of solution farming and hunting
  • Accountable for identifying and managing opportunities in contract-related standard/product business
  • Responsible for sales activities in contract related standard business
  • Strong overall responsibility for single contracts that combine multiple PU offerings
  • Coordinate service delivery activities between the organizational units and supervises their work through the Operation Managers
  • Ensures compliance with deadlines and expected service levels
  • Applies adequate project delivery methodologies, tools, techniques and processes
  • Manage financial and service reporting, monthly billing procedure
  • As part of the continuous improvement (s)he is also responsible for external/internal cost-saving initiatives
