Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of exposure to payroll/accounting processing (preferably for multiple markets)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (ability to work with ClickUp is beneficial)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English, written and verbal communication
- BS/BA Degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience as Account Manager/Assistant Account Manager with Customer Services/Customer Success experience
- Be able to use business level English
- Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
- Proactive and passionate about client satisfaction and problem solving
- Ability to Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Analyse the current ways of processing, seeking pain points and suggesting potential improvements
- Lead service optimisation projects, maintaining a close relationship with any internal teams involved
- Take part in ongoing product enhancement projects, including UATs for payroll processing software
- Review the internal incident report and hold responsibility for developing improvement plans to prevent similar issues in the future
- Review the improvement suggestions reported by other team members, judging their value and possible utilisation in other branches of the business
- Support data crunching tasks of various sort, including KPI or incident/process timeliness reporting
- Complete any periodic or ad-hoc duties/reports when requested by superiors
