Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of exposure to payroll/accounting processing (preferably for multiple markets)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (ability to work with ClickUp is beneficial)
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal communication
  • BS/BA Degree or higher
  • 2+ years of experience as Account Manager/Assistant Account Manager with Customer Services/Customer Success experience
  • Be able to use business level English
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proactive and passionate about client satisfaction and problem solving
  • Ability to Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Analyse the current ways of processing, seeking pain points and suggesting potential improvements
  • Lead service optimisation projects, maintaining a close relationship with any internal teams involved
  • Take part in ongoing product enhancement projects, including UATs for payroll processing software
  • Review the internal incident report and hold responsibility for developing improvement plans to prevent similar issues in the future
  • Review the improvement suggestions reported by other team members, judging their value and possible utilisation in other branches of the business
  • Support data crunching tasks of various sort, including KPI or incident/process timeliness reporting
  • Complete any periodic or ad-hoc duties/reports when requested by superiors
