- Working on ITSM on ServiceNow Required*
- Knowledge & Experience on Agile Frameworks
- Experience preparing and conducting software/process requirement gathering workshops for IT infrastructure projects
- CMDB, IT Operations, Network infrastructure background
- Excel advanced. Required*
- Scrum Product Owner Certification. Required*
Responsibilities
- Represent the department when meeting with business owners, stakeholders, process owners, and managers
- Deliver workshops and demos
