  • Basic understanding of brand-building principles, brand and marketing strategy frameworks, and digital media strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling thought leadership materials (POVs, trend decks, topic deep-dives, etc.)
  • Collaborative and thrives in a team environment
  • Strong time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects and clients on different timelines and prioritize efforts accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver social content briefs; assist in communications and digital customer experience planning
  • Participate in creative reviews to ensure content aligns to briefs and platform specs
  • Recommend content and strategy optimizations and pivots based on campaign performance
  • Provide content recommendations for paid media efforts
  • Research and synthesize insights into consumer behaviors, motivators, and needs using a combination of syndicated tools and desk research
  • Continuously evaluate the digital landscape, including competitors, category, and digital consumer and deliver written updates/POVs to client and internal teams as needed
  • Support the development of social content strategy and communications frameworks

Job Summary

We are looking for a Social and Digital Strategist to join the Experience Strategy team and drive the conception and execution of best-in-class content, platform, communication, and community strategy across key clients.

The Role

This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with creatives, brand strategists, social media community managers, social media investment specialists and analysts to generate measurable impact for clients from social and digital media efforts.

You will be a trusted social media expert to internal and client teams and support Directors, Experience Strategy with the development of cross-channel strategic direction and frameworks.

This role requires an understanding of digital media and an ability to translate business objectives into actionable communications plans and digital customer experiences.

Essential Job Functions

The max semi-monthly salary for this position is $2,916.67, with an annualized equivalent of $70,000.
