Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and +3 years of digital agency experience or working on digital/social strategies and campaigns
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, and familiarity with social media reporting tools (including Meltwater, Sprout Social and Google Analytics)
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable presenting internally and externally, whether it’s an idea for a campaign or results from a report
  • Excellent writing and social copywriting skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Work most effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive problem solver who knows when to ask the right questions

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and conceptualization of strategic social marketing strategies and plans for a variety of clients and industries
  • Developing social media content across platforms that’s rooted in best practices, in partnership with digital account and creative leads
  • Participating in integrated brainstorms to develop strategic and impactful campaign ideas, initiatives, and activities
  • Remaining up to date on new platform updates and industry trends and draft client facing POV’s to educate and inform
  • Attending and actively participating in client meetings
  • Developing reports for social/digital activities that demonstrate ROI for clients and apply qualitative analytical skills to create insightful reporting that contains actionable analysis
  • Using social listening tools to understand trends and glean an accurate read on current conversations for clients
  • Supporting execution of social/paid ad campaigns based upon client goals and objectives
  • Providing daily ongoing project management support (agendas, recaps, timelines)
  • Assisting in ensuring that quality and relevant earned coverage is amplified via social media across respective teams
