Requirements

  • C1+ written and spoken English
  • 2+ years working as a QA Automation Engineer or equivalent
  • Expertise in Typescript or similar language
  • Good understanding of software QA best practices
  • Expertise in Playwright, Cypress, or other web automation frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee the test automation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Create and maintain test plans and test automation according to client needs
  • Communicate with the development team and be able to provide valuable feedback
  • Use your knowledge of automation concepts to help integrate testing tools
  • Collaborate with clients to integrate testing tools seamlessly into their development workflows
  • Conduct manual and automated testing, reporting bugs and enhancements
  • Contribute to the creation, organization, and maintenance of documentation
  • Understanding various tools to support overall software stability
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA automation workflow, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, serve as a trusted advisor on QA automation best practices and solutions, and advocate for client needs and priorities internally

About The Role

At PartnerHero, we strive to offer superior software quality services to various companies across the world in need of setting up or strengthening their QA processes.

As a Software Automation Engineer, you will be working directly with the client to help them improve the quality of their desktop and mobile apps. You will integrate with the development teams and help handle the QA process for these products with the potential of seeing the team and scope expand. This role offers a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to learn and grow, but your experience with software development and QA concepts will come in handy as well. This is a full-time position that includes benefits.

What you’ll do…
