Software Engineer - Integrations

Join our team to play a key role in transforming healthcare by contributing to the integration of Heidi's advanced AI solutions. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams, specifically assisting with third-party integrations and backend development to support healthcare initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend or integration work
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with data storage solutions, such as MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with GitHub for source control, version management, and collaboration
• Interest in integrating third-party systems and solving complex data integration challenges
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and contribute actively within a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Support and develop third-party integrations, implementing APIs and managing data flow across systems
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code to ensure reliable integration solutions using Python
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure seamless integration functionality
• Collaborate with the senior engineers and team leads to document, optimize, and test integrations
• Contribute to API development and maintenance, improving performance and adhering to best practices
• Use GitHub for source control, participating in code reviews and maintaining version control
• Contribute to process improvements, and share knowledge across the team
