We're looking for Software Engineers to join our small team working tirelessly to fix the talent problem. As a Signalite, you'll be an integral part of our Product Engineering team building Cosmo (our AI Tutor) and CodeSignal Learn.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional, full-time software engineering experience
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Drive and initiative for getting things done
- Available to work full-time
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with our executive team, including our founders, to understand our strategy, tactics, and the best next steps
- Drive technical design discussions on features and changes
- Contribute to building product features across the full stack
- Develop clean and maintainable code, with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship
- Conduct code reviews and collaborate with your peers
