Summary

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Experience : 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in web application development, with a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in modern web development languages and frameworks (C#, .Net, JavaScript)
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud platform
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and ORM frameworks
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins)
  • Proficiency in Git, version control systems, and development workflows
  • Leadership Skills : Demonstrated experience in leading and growing technical teams
  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Technical Leadership : Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications. Participate in code reviews, and ensure best practices for coding, architecture, and security
  • Project Management : Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Agile Process Management : Drive agile processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient and collaborative development cycles
  • System Architecture & Design : Lead architectural decisions, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions
  • Quality Assurance : Implement best practices for testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests) to maintain code quality and ensure system reliability
  • Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with other teams (DevOps, UX/UI, QA) to deliver full-stack solutions
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay current with emerging technologies and lead initiatives to improve codebase, tooling, and development processes
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project development and implementation
