Remote Software Engineer (Platform)

You will play a crucial role in driving innovation, proposing innovative solutions to optimize systems and processes, developing and maintaining automation tools, ensuring high-quality performance across all platforms, establishing processes and guardrails, and continuously seeking improvements.

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in core areas such as Software Architecture, AWS, Kubernetes APIs, CI/CD, Networking and Developer Experience
• Experience developing production Golang applications, libraries, CLIs, etc to improve the Developer Experience of Engineering Teams
• Proficiency in English or Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Propose innovative solutions to optimize systems and processes, ensuring high-quality performance across all platforms
• Develop and maintain automation tools that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure that all modules, models, and services are built with speed and quality in mind, using the best practices available
• Establish processes and guardrails to simplify adherence to best practices, making it easier for teams to stay aligned with quality standards
• Continuously seek improvements and refine existing systems to support fast and high-quality delivery
