Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing and architecting Ortems or similar advanced planning and scheduling software
  • Demonstrate a strong background in manufacturing, production scheduling, and supply chain processes
  • Be proficient in Ortems configuration and customization
  • Possess knowledge of ERP and MES integration, preferably in SAP or Oracle
  • Exhibit familiarity with SQL, scripting, or basic programming for custom integrations and reports
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey complex solutions in an understandable manner
  • Have the ability to lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of Ortems solutions based on client requirements and best practices
  • Manage end-to-end Ortems implementations, including project planning, resource management, and delivery timelines
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs
  • Configure Ortems to meet client-specific needs and optimize the software for improved scheduling, capacity planning, and production management
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Ortems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES)
  • Analyze and fine-tune Ortems solutions for enhanced performance and efficiency; provide guidance on leveraging Ortems for continuous process improvement
  • Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users; offer recommendations for maintenance and upgrades
  • Develop solution documentation, user guides, and training materials for client stakeholders
