Join You.com as a Staff AI Research Engineer to lead the development of AI across both LLM and Search, pushing the state-of-the-art in what is capable for LLMs and Search.

Requirements

• Strong experience training, fine-tuning, improving, and maintaining large-scale LLMs
• Excellent programming and systems understanding
• Independently driven and holds themselves to very high standards

Responsibilities

• Architect and build data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs
• Optimize LLM inference for speed and quality
• Augment and manage the core infrastructure of you.com LLMs and the surrounding model management and orchestration
