Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and solve strategically essential technical problems
  • Architect and build highly scalable foundational platforms
  • Lead new product initiatives
  • Revamp core application experiences
  • Scrutinize and reason clearly about technology and architecture choices
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with PMs, Engineers, Design, Data Scientists, Research, and Operations teams
  • Mentor and lead other engineers on the team
  • Advise Lime's leadership team on key technology adoption and process improvements
  • Contribute to shaping overall engineering culture at the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert on cloud infrastructure and scaling systems
  • Experience in Ruby on Rails
