Requirements

• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
• Able to lead and make high-level decisions
• Maintain respectful and trusting relationships and effective people manager
• Proficient with Swift and XCTest
• Experience with offline storage, concurrency, threading and performance tuning
• Knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures(MVVM or VIPER), trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

• Lead and inspire a team of passionate iOS engineers
• Build high performance, well-structured native app with modern iOS best-practices in mind
• Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of the app
• Advocate good engineering practices and ensure technical knowledge sharing
• Define and plan a vision of scalable, modernize mobile architecture
